The Perry Center
The Perry Center is
an organization that helps families in need. The Perry Center receives
great support from the community, churches, business and individual
monetary donations.
Perry UMC collects non-perishable items for The Perry Center and helps
out in other ways at various times of the year. At Christmas, the
church adopted a family and provided the children with Christmas gifts.
Members of the church also volunteered to ring the Salvation Army bell
at area stores. The money collected helped The Perry Center to
help people in our community pay utility shut-off notices, rental
evictions and other special projects such as Christmas.
